Harrison Beverage Company is committed to supporting our local community and dedicated to making a difference. We believe in the importance of supporting the community and charitable organizations to the best of our ability. Due to the large number of requests we receive we are unable to support every event, no matter how much we wish we could.

Please fill out this web form to help us determine whether your event is compatible with our beer donation policies and the New Jersey state law.

We ask that donation requests be submitted no less than six weeks prior to your event. We allocate our charitable giving budget on a first come, first serve basis, usually a few months in advance so the sooner we know about your event, the more likely we will be able to contribute. You can expect to receive a response within two weeks of your request submission.

All donation requests must be submitted in writing. Due to the large number of requests, we cannot return all phone calls asking for donations.

A few things to note:

  • We do not offer product donations.
  • We require a Tax ID Number in order to consider cash donations.
  • We do not fund school organizations.
  • In order to support as many causes in our community as possible, each qualified organization will be allowed a maximum of one donation per calendar year.
